Founder Karen Maree has been in the nursing sector since 2009 and has trained many care staff in aged care within this time. ABOUT YOUR TRAINER
Hi, I'm Karen.
I'm a local nurse with over a decade of experience on a mission to deliver life-changing community care to support those living with disability.
I’ve spent my entire life living in Melbourne’s southeast—born, raised, and still living here. This isn’t just a location for me; this community is my home.
Every day, I feel a calling to make a positive impact in this community I cherish. With a background spanning aged care, NDIS disability support and TAC care, As the sector is increasingly privatised and flooded with overseas operators who are unfamiliar and unable to uphold Australian care standards, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges faced not only by our most vulnerable, but also care staff and caregivers.
High quality training should be accessible and convenient, designed around the lifestyle of a care staff.
That is why I established The Priority Healthcare Training. We want to revolutionise healthcare by setting a new benchmark of caregiving excellence, empowering every caregiver to provide exceptional patient care through comprehensive training, dedicated consultancy, and passionate advocacy.
